देश के बड़े लॉ कालेजों से लॉ करने की चाह रखने वाले युवाओं के लिए यह जरूरी खबर है। दिसंबर में कॉमन लॉ एडमिशन टेस्ट (क्लैट) 2017 के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी हो गई है। जनवरी के पहले सप्ताह से आनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।
यूजी और पीजी दोनों में ही होते हैं दाखिले
क्लैट के जरिए देश के 16 नेशनल लॉ कॉलेजों के अंडर ग्रेजुएट, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट और इंटीग्रेटेड प्रोग्राम में दाखिले होते हैं। एग्जाम के जरिए करीब 1200 सीटें भरी जाएंगी। मार्च तक आवेदन प्रक्रिया चलेगी और फिर मई में नेशनल लेवल एग्जाम होंगे।
पटना को मिल सकती है जिम्मेदारी
क्लैट 2016 का आयोजन राजीव गांधी नेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ लॉ, पंजाब ने कराई थी। इस बार इसकी जिम्मेदारी पटना के चाणक्य नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी को मिल सकती है। हालांकि इसकी घोषणा भी दिसंबर माह में ही की जाएगी।

CLAT 2014 Admit Card

Download CLAT 2014 Admit Card here. Candidates must log in using their CLAT 2014 Application ID and Password to download the CLAT hall ticket. The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card may be accessed / downloaded by the candidate in the personal LOGIN ACCOUNT. The candidate is required to take the printout of the Hall-Ticket / Admit Card to the Examination Hall.

 Admit cards for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2014 are now available for download. Candidates can download their admit card by accessing their personal Login Account on the official website and entering their Username and Passwords. The log in process is available according to the type of courses applied for; a separate link for undergraduate courses' admit cards and a separate link for postgraduate courses' admit cards. A printout of the Admit Card is to be carried at the time of the exam on May 11, 2014.

 CLAT 2014 scores will be used for admission to India's premier Law Institutes (including the National Law Institutes) in undergraduate (LL.B) and postgraduate (LL.M) law degree courses. Launched in 2008, CLAT centralizes the Law School admission process and is conducted by the 14 participating Institutes/Universities in rotation. CLAT 2014 is being organized by Gujarat National Law University (GNLU).

Enter Username and Password to log in.

You can see that “Your Hall Ticket is available” message appears on the screen. Click on “Proceed”.

Hall Ticket details appear on the screen. Click on the tab that says “Click Here to download your Hall Ticket”.
The pdf file will be available. Download and print the same.

CLAT 2014 Admit Cards will be available online for download and candidates can download their admit cards online. The Hall-Ticket/Admit Card may be accessed / downloaded by the candidate in the personal CLAT LOGIN ACCOUNT. The candidate is required to take the printout of the Hall-Ticket/Admit Card to the Examination Hall.
  • You need to login to your account using your application number and other details in order to download CLAT 2014 admit card.
  • Download the admit card or directly print it on A4 size paper and do not forget to keep it with you on the day of exam.
  • Admit cards are essential document required at the exam centre on the day of exam and your entry to the exam hall is permitted only if you have your admit card with you.
  • Details of the exam time, schedule and venue is mentioned on the admit card.
  • Candidates who have already applied for CLAT 2014 and successfully submitted the form can only download the admit cards.

Download Admit Card

The Applicants for CLAT 2014 who fail to download their Admit Cards and not carry the same on the day of exam will not be permitted to appear for the Common Law Admission Test conducted by NLUs. The admit card is the most important document to  be carried to the examination hall on the day of exam.
  • The applicant will be required to take printouts of the digital copy of his/her CLAT 2014 Admit Card in duplicate and present the same to the Centre Superintendent at the allotted Test Centre along with two passport size recent colour photographs.
  • The applicant must carry a valid Photo Identity Card (including School Identity Card having Photograph) with the name and date of birth printed on it.
On production of the printouts of the Online Admit Card in duplicate along with required documents stated above, the Centre Superintendent will put his counter signature and authenticate this Online Admit Card. This Admit Card can then be used for appearing in the CLAT on 11th May 2014.


Paper Pattern
For Undergraduate courses:
The examination will consist of 200 multiple choice questions to be completed in 2 hours for a total of 200 marks. Negative marking will be applicable. Topics are: English (40 Marks), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (50 Marks), Elementary Mathematics-Numerical Ability (20 Marks), Legal Aptitude (50 Marks), Logical Reasoning (40 Marks).
For Postgraduate courses: The 2 hour examination will have a total of 150 maximum marks. Negative marking will be applicable. There will be 2 sections to the examination: Long Essay Type Descriptive Questions for 100 Marks (4 questions of 25 marks each) based on subjects such as Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence. The second section consists of Multiple-Choice Questions for 50 Marks (50 questions of 1 mark each) on BCI prescribed subjects for LLB course (excluding Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence)
